Absolutely. All sensitive data (phone numbers, emails, API keys) are encrypted in the database using strong encryption (AES-256). Even we cannot see them in readable form. We use secure SSL connection for all communication.

You get a unique URL address from us. You enter this into your bank (or payment service). When a payment comes, the bank sends a signal to us. We analyze it according to your "Rules" (e.g. we look for Variable Symbol) and immediately send a signal to your e-shop to mark the order as paid. It works in real time.

Yes, we fully support the Slovak PAY by square standard. Additionally, we generate international EPC QR codes (GiroCode) for payments from abroad (e.g. via Revolut).

Yes. In the routing rules, you can set that after receiving payment: 1. Call your e-shop URL (Webhook), 2. Send SMS to you, 3. Send email to your accountant. All at once.

Yes. In the "Bulk SMS" section, you simply select a tag (e.g. "VIP Clients") and write a message. The system will automatically send it to all contacts with this tag.

Of course. We have an "Import from Excel" function. You upload a file where the first column contains the number and the second contains the message text. The system will send each person their unique message.

Yes. By default we send as "Info" or "Notiloop", but in settings you can request your own name (e.g. your company name), if the operator in that country allows it.

You only need one main API key for all services (SMS, Print). For security, however, we recommend generating a separate key with limited permissions for each printer (Java app).

You can top up credit anytime in the administration. We support card payments (Stripe), bank transfer (QR code) and 24-pay. Credit is added immediately.

Yes, after each top-up, the system automatically generates an invoice for your company details that you entered in the settings. We are VAT payers (where applicable).

No. Your purchased credit is valid indefinitely. If you stop using the service, your credit remains in your account.

You can use classic email and password, or conveniently log in through your Google or Facebook account. The system intelligently pairs your accounts.
